Last year I worked on a Chanukah campaign for Publix focused on bringing the warmth of family celebration into the spotlight while highlighting the foods available in-store for the holiday. The concept was created by Kindra Wyman, with the goal of balancing authentic, intimate moments of Chanukah with clear, appetizing product storytelling.
During the shoot, I stepped in on set as a stand-in for the art director, overseeing photography and styling and providing real-time feedback to help maintain the tone and visual consistency of the campaign. I was responsible for shot selection and making judgment calls throughout the day, ensuring we captured moments that felt genuine, warm, and reflective of family togetherness.
After the shoot, I designed a range of print, social, and in-store POP assets based on the final photography. Kindra oversaw the work post-shoot, but trusted my judgment to carry the campaign forward while she focused on other priorities. That trust meant translating the established concept into cohesive, polished deliverables that worked across multiple channels while staying true to the original vision.
